Role & Responsibilities

1. Implemented the ‘Corporate Internship Programme for fresher’s by building a sustained network with Corporate and Public sector organizations & also increase the employability rate
2. Strategize Career Training Sessions to facilitate students to perform well in campus interviews
3. Formulate innovative strategies for training and placement activities
4. Act as a liaison for Industry?Institute Interface & Student Interaction
5. Manage & ensure that the process of Recruitment is systematically carried out as per the Institutes' standard procedure
6. Strategize the documentation process for the internal quality assurance cell
7. Build the students profile & maintain detailed periodic records for the department
8. Conduct Career Counseling & Development sessions to improve the student’s employability rate
9. Undertake the Skill development, Soft skills & CRT Classes for Students
10. Continuous Interaction with students on their queries, so as to work in the best interest of the students
